Q - Will Mossycobble work with my pc?
A - Yes! We provide our service through a web interface. All you need is a web browser to manage your server. It does not matter what operating system or web browser you use, all the Minecraft servers are running on our hardware and network.

Q - Can I use my own domain with your server instead of a free mossycobble subdomain?
A - Yes, just let us know the domain when ordering and we will tell you where to point it later.

Q - Are the prices monthly, yearly or one time fees?
A - All prices are pay per month.

Q - Can I use Buildcraft or mods that edit the jar file on shared packages?
A - No.

Q - Does mumble and MySQL come pre installed?
A- Mumble and MySQL is ready to go on all packages.

Q - Just how fast can I expect a $14.99 server to be?
A - Very fast.

Q - How can I manage my databases?
A - You can manage your database easily through the phpmyadmin web interface.

Q - Can I upgrade my package?
A - Yes you can upgrade at any time in the client area under products / services

Q - Can I give other people ftp access?
A - You can create as many FTP accounts as you need in the minecraft server panel.

Q - Can I use MPModloader to mod my server instead of bukkit or canary?
A - Yes if you have a power package.

Q - I've just ordered a server. What now?
A - You will receive an email with the access codes to your various control panels. Check out getting started article in the knowledge base. This can take up to 24 hours depending on availability.
